枳、富民枳与枳橙RAPD分析与分类(亲缘)关系探讨

Studies on the RAPD Analysis and Taxonomic Relationship of Trifoliate Orange, Fuming Trifoliate Orange and Citrange

对枳、富民枳与枳橙进行了RAPD分析。17个引物对3个材料PCR扩增得52条谱带,从相似系数、多态性比较和聚类结果看:各材料之间具有不同的遗传距离,供试材料聚为2个类群(富民枳和枳橙聚为一群,枳单独聚为一类)。从分类(亲缘)关系看:作者认为富民枳与枳橙的亲缘关系更近,而与枳的关系较远。

RAPD analysis was applied on three species of citrus (Trifoliate orange, Fuming Trifoliate orange and Citrange). A total of 52 bands were amplified by 17 primers through PCR. The results from the similar coefficients, polymorphic comparison and clustering analysis showed that there were different genetic distances between them. Fuming Trifoliate orange and Citrange were clustered in one group and the taxonomic relationship was closer between them. Whereas Trifoliate orange was in another group and the taxonomic relationship was farther between Fuming Trifoliate orange and Trifoliate orange.
