多重标准曲线技术在原子吸收法测定锂同位素丰度中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 用原子吸收分光光度法测量锂的同位素时,由于校正曲线的非线性,使常用校正法测得的结果不能令人满意。本文用多重标准曲线技术,用计算机将整个丰度范围的标准系列分段进行曲线拟合,选择最佳标准曲线计算样品中的锂—6丰度。本法提高了测定精确度。 The flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry has been used for determination ofLi-6 and Li-7 isotopes.Because of non-linearity of the calibration curve,the results ob-tained for determination of lithium isotopes were unsatisfied with normal method ofcalibration.In the present paper the principle of multi-curve calibration technique weredescribed and a computer program was designed.A series of standards were divided intoseveral segments and a series of calibration curves was fitted with quadratic equation.Theoptimum calibration curve for specific sample determined could be selected by computer.Using this technique have improved the accuracy and precision of determination.The abso-lute precision of the method was less than±0.5 at.%.
