滋阴潜阳与活血通络对急性脑梗塞复发的疗效观察

Clinical observation of aucte cerebral infarction recurrence with nourishing - yin suppressing hyperactive - yang invigorating blood circulation and expelling the obstruction from collaterals

目的比较滋阴潜阳法与活血通络法对急性脑梗塞复发的疗效。方法将132例急性脑梗塞患者随机分为滋阴潜阳组68例,活血通络组64例,滋阴潜阳组给予滋阴潜阳方,活血通络组给予活血通络方,两组患者均采用间隙疗法,服药3个月,停药3个月,1年为1个疗程,同时均予阿斯匹林100mg,3次/天。随访观察1年。结果滋阴潜阳法与活血通络法对急性脑梗塞近期疗效差异无显著意义(P>0.05);滋阴潜阳法与活血通络法对预防急性脑梗塞1年后复发率分别为13.2％和24.2%,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论 中医中药对预防脑梗塞复发有较好疗效,滋阴潜阳法优于活血通络法。

Objective To contrast the methods of nourishing - yin suppressing hyperactive - yang ( NY-SHY) and promoting blood circulation to remove obstruction in the channels (PBCROC) on the curative effect of acute cerebral infarction recurrence. Methods 132 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into NYSHY group (68 cases) , and PBCROC group (64 cases). NYSHY group to nourishing - yin and suppressing hyperactive - yang prescription, PBCROC group to invigorating blood circulation and expelling the obstruction from collaterals prescription. The two groups all adopted interval therapy, taking medicine about 3 months and stopping medicine about 3 months. 1 period of treatment/1 year, and at the same time giving aspirin 100mg, 3 times/day, 1 year of follow - up observation. Results The methods of NYSHY and PBCROC on curative effect of acute cerebral infarction without a significant difference ( P > 0. 05 ). Nourishing - yin suppressing, hyperactive - yang, invigorating blood circulation and expelling the obstruction from collaterals on preventing from the recurred rates of acute cerebral infarction were 13. 2% and 24. 2% . respectively, with a significant difference. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medice had good curative effect. Nourishing - yin and suppressing hyperactive - yang was better than prorating blood circulation to remove obstruction in the channels. .
