^(89)SrCl_2在前列腺癌骨转移治疗中的应用

Strontium ^(89)dichloride in the treatment of bone metastases from prostate cancer

目的 观察89SrCl2 在前列腺癌骨转移中的治疗效果。 方法 前列腺癌骨转移患者38例。89SrCl2 治疗组 (2 5例 )采用去势术加缓退瘤加89SrCl2 ,对照组 (13例 )采用去势术加缓退瘤治疗 ,分别于治疗前和治疗后 3、6个月测定血清PSA ,骨扫描 ,观察骨痛缓解情况。 结果 89SrCl2 治疗组有效率 92 % (2 3/ 2 5 ) ,对照组 31% (4/ 13) ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 89SrCl2 治疗前列腺癌骨转移疼痛效果明显 ,副作用小 ,且对前列腺癌骨转移灶有治疗作用。

Objective To evaluate strontium 89 dichloride ( 89 SrCl 2 )in the treatment of bone metastases from prostate cancer. Methods 38 patients with bone metastases from prostate cancer were divided into two groups,25 cases in the treatment group and 13 in the control group.Orchiectomy,fugerel and 89 SrCl 2 were applied to the treatment group whereas only orchiectomy and fugeral in the control group.Before treatment serum PSA,bone pain and bone radioisotope scanning were assessed and all the three index were assessed again at 3 months and 6 months after treatment respectively. Results The effective rate was 92% (23/25) in the treatment group and 31%(4/13) in the control group.there was a significant difference between the two group( P <0.05). Conclusions 89 SrCl 2 has a favourable effect on pain caused by bone metastases from prostate cancer and on bone metastases themselves.The side effect is light.
