摘要
本文针对中铝广西分公司热电厂 2 # 炉排烟温度过高、易结焦、热效率偏低的问题 ,以锅炉综合测试和热力计算结果为依据 ,分析了造成排烟温度过高的原因 ,提出采用螺旋肋片管式技术对省煤器进行改造。改造后的运行实践表明 ,满负荷时排烟温度平均可降低 4 0℃以上 ,热效率提高 2 2 7个百分点 ,基本避免了结焦 。
According as slaggling and low thermal efficiency caused by high temperature of outlet flue in the thermal plant's boiler, the paper analyze the cause and bring forward a new method to use spiral finned tubes in the improvement of boiler economizer, which is based upon result of synthesis test for the boiler and thermodynamic calculation. The design results for the boiler economizer are showed. The operating state after retrofit indicate that the temperature of outlet flue has been reduced by 40℃, thermal efficiency has been increased by 2 27 percent point and slaggling has been avoid. Retrofit effect is remarkable.
