摘要
氧化铝熟料烧结回转窑是烧结法生产氧化铝的心脏 ,其运转率高低直接关系着氧化铝的产量。要保证熟料窑长期稳定运行 ,必须抓住抓好关键环节。本文从回转窑大修检修质量、设备操作维护、设备及工艺技术革新改进、管理手段四个方面详细论述了其关键之所在 ,以及应采取的主要措施 。
Alamina clinker kiln is the heart of production alumina with sinterprocess, its runing rate has relation to alumina production. Guaranteeing the clinker kiln stable raning with long time, it mast grasp at the key link. This paper was from the quality of kiln repair, equipment maintenance, equipment technical improvement and management means. This paper explains clearly the key problems and must apply main measures and continuous improving alumina clinker kiln runing rate.
