尖晶石型结构的X射线衍射分析和计算

ANALYSIS AND COMPUTATION OF X-RAY DIFFRACTION OF SPINEL STRUCTURE

本文对尖晶石型材料结构参数进行研究,设计了一个通用的尖晶石型结构材料的X 射线粉末衍射结构修正程序。应用这个程序,从一张粉末衍射图可一次计算出尖晶石型结构材料的晶格常数,阳离子占位百分比,氧参量,温度因子等多种结构参数,并可推测出固溶复合尖晶石的各相成份和含量。

Applying the theory of X-ray diffraction,we calculated the diffraction intensity ofspinel structure and designed an universal program.Using this program and powder X-raydiffraction data,one can calculate many structure parameters and get the information ofcomposition and content.
