复曲膏的制备及质量控制

Preparation and quality control of Fuqu cream

目的 :制备复曲膏并建立其质量控制方法。方法 :以醋酸曲安奈德和氧氟沙星为主药制备复曲膏 ,采用高效液相色谱法测定复曲膏中醋酸曲安奈德和氧氟沙星的含量。结果 :醋酸曲安奈德和氧氟沙星的平均回收率分别为 10 0 .3%和10 0 .0 % ,RSD分别为 0 .38%和 0 .4 1%。结论 :该制剂工艺简便易行 ,其质量控制方法简单、快速 ,准确。

OBJECTIVE To prepare Fuqu cream and establish quality control of method. METHODS Fuqu cream was prepared by taking triamcinolone acetonide acetate and ofloxacin as main components. The contents of triamcinolone acetonide acetate and ofloxacin in Fuqu cream was determined by HPLC. RESULTS The average recoveries of triamcinolone acetonide acetate and ofloxacin were 100.3% and 100.0%.The RSD were 0.38% and 0.46%. CONCLUSIONS The cream can be prepared simply and feasibly. The method of quality control is simple,rapid and acetate.
