分析了当前中国农村干群关系协调机制问题的成因 ,提出了完善转型期中国农村干群关系协调机制的新思路 :大力加强协调机制的载体建设 ,强化其服务功能 ;进一步完善协调机制自身建设 ,真正发挥协调作用 ;积极探索农村基层干部队伍建设新途径 。
