浅论提高高职学报质量的主要途径

A Brief Talk about the Ways of Improving the Quality of Polytechnic Journals

近年来 ,职业技术学院学报纷纷创刊 ,如何提高这一层次学报的质量 ,已成为大家关注的热点问题。通过对职业技术学院学报的环境分析 ,提出应从内因和外因两个方面 ,全面落实文件精神、合理配置编辑人员、加强在职培训、加大对教学科研的投入、突出学报特色、强化规范化管理。

In recent years, the polytechnic journals start publication one after another. How to improve the quality of this-level journals, has already become the focus question that everybody has paid close attention to. After analyzing the factors of the development of polytechnic journals, the author draws a conclusion that quality of journals should be improved as follows: Putting the spirit of documents into practice, disposing the editor rationally, strengthening on-the-job training, increasing the input into scientific research and teaching, strengthening the standardized management, performing the journals' directing function, accelerating the construction of journal digitization, etc.
