摘要
本文从自然垄断的管制理论、自然垄断的理论与实践解决方案、自然垄断的实践及国内对我国自然垄断的认识四个方面进行了评述。
This paper comment on the regulation theory of natural monopoly,the resolve methods of natural monopoly,the practice about natural monopoly and thinking of natural monopoly in our country.Further more,it gives some inspire suggestions.
