The Trends and Main Task of New Circulation Reform

中国的经济与社会环境的变化 ,对新一轮流通的改革与发展提出了更高的要求。本文认为新一轮流通改革的发展趋势是 :大流通、大市场、大集团将是流通体制改革的主要方向 ;连锁化、网络化、信息化将成为流通现代化的重要标志 ;提高素质、规范市场、优化管理将成为流通国际化的基本保证。新一轮流通改革的重要任务是 :整合流通资源 ,打造“航空母舰” ;开展流通革命 ,更新流通业态 ;稳步发展连锁 ,建立规范模式 ;积极发展物流 ,重视系统建设 ;改革管理体制 ,实施行为管理 ;加强理论研究 ,提高人才素质 ;加速产权改革 。

The Changes of economy and social environment bring higher desire to new circulation reform. In this paper, the author raises some important views. Great circulation, great market and great group will be the main trends; Chain management,network management and information management will become major signs of circulation mordernization; quality raising,market normalizing and management improvement will be the basic assurance.
