Harmony Research on Confliction between Jiangsu Industry Structure Adjustment and Food Security

基于粮食比较劣势、粮食过剩的江苏农业产业结构调整并不只是粮食生产的减少 ,还伴随着一定程度的粮食生产资源的破坏 ,应从优化“储备调控、供求调控与产能调控”的粮食调控体系、实行与产业结构调整相跟进的大粮食战略 。

The agriculture industry adjustment of Jiangsu, which based on relative food inferior position and food surplus, conducted the reduction of food product quantity and some destroying of food product resource. Some measures must be taken, including optimizing food adjustment system of repertory, supply-demand and product power; carrying out big food strategy harmony with industry structure adjustment, and setting up steady food produce and sale relation with main food produce sections and food export countries.
