可持续发展观是人类对传统发展观深刻反思后所提出的一种全新发展理论和发展模式 ,是人类理性选择的结果。与传统的发展观、价值观相比 ,具有物质层面、体制层面和价值观层面等多层面的创新。

Sustainable development is a whole new theory and model on development,which is raised after man deeply rethinks about the traditional ideas.And it is also the result of man's rational choice.Comparing with the traditional ideas,the author points out that there exists innovation of maferial hierarchy,system hierarchy and value hierarchy in the sustainable development theory.
