A Thought of Reform and Innovation of Administration of Higher Learning Institutions

高校行政管理要适应并服务于当前的新形势、新任务和新要求 ,就必须从切实转变观念、明确目标、更新手段、强化队伍建设等方面着手 ,加快改革与创新 ,以支持和促进学校各项事业的改革与发展 。

In this paper,the author points out that the administration of higher learning institution should suit and serve the new situation,new tasks and new dema nds.In doing so we must quicken the reform and innovation to support and promote the reform and development in every aspect and to meet the demands of the develop ment of the new stage by changing our concepts,making the goal clear,upgrading the means and strengthening the team construction.
