As learning ability is the primary ability for the human being to exist and develop in the knowledge-based economy.Therefore the propose for 'Learning society' emerged as the times require.Rich in books and reference materials,library has the natural advantage of fine learning environment and good service,therefore it is the best place to nurture 'learning society',which not only brings development opportunity for the library,but puts forward new requirements for the library well.
