摘要
高校教师职务评聘工作对稳定教师队伍、提高教学质量有重要的保障作用,但是却存在着许多问题,如何解决这些问题关系到教师队伍整体素质的提高和师资队伍建设的完善。
Evaluation and Appointment of staffs Technical or Professional Titles is important in retaining professional teachers,enhancing their career growth and upgrading teaching quality.Therefore problems in this aspect should be carefully considered and solved.
