Throughout the development of SCADA ( Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition), the paper studies the concept, character, classification, practical use and development of CSCS (Computer Supervisory Control System) .The study follows these concepts from the beginning of conventional computer supervisory control, to intelligent computer supervisory control, and finally to the network computer supervisory control system. The paper also examines the new concepts of developing wireless comprehensive supervisory control system integration,and the theory of Computer Supervisory Control.
