成批烧伤早期处理中几个问题的探讨

Discussion of several problems in the early treatment of mass burn

目的 :探讨成批烧伤早期救治与航空转运的经验。方法 :总结 2 0 0 1 - 0 6 - 2 3发生在甘肃省某地一批 2 2例成批烧伤伤员的早期救治与航空转运工作。结果 :1 3名伤员分 4批次被安全转送至西安、重庆和北京 ,1名轻伤员留原地治疗 ,8名伤员死亡。结论 :提高基层医院成批烧伤应急水平与改善其基本装备十分必要 。

Objective:To probe the experience of early treatment and air lift in mass burn. Methods: The early treatment and air lift of a mass burn (included 22 patients), which occurred in some place of Gansu province on Jun 23, 2001 were summed up. Results: 13 patients were divided into four groups and transported to Xi'an, Chongqing and Beijing by air respectively, 8 patients died and one patient was treated in the locality.Conclusion: It is necessary to improve the emergency ability of basic level hospitals and advance their essential equipment, and it might be extremely urgent to establish national air lift organization.
