IFN-γ对沙眼衣原体感染的成纤维细胞生长的影响

摘要 目的 探讨γ-干扰素 (IFN -γ)对沙眼衣原体感染的成纤维细胞培养的影响。方法 用荧光染色法检测沙眼衣原体 (K血清型 )对鼠成纤维细胞 (McCoy细胞 )感染情况 ;用台盼蓝染色法检测IFN -γ作用对沙眼衣原体感染细胞存活率的影响。结果 含IFN -γ培养液的细胞中沙眼衣原体生长较差 ;IFN -γ可使沙眼衣原体感染的McCoy细胞存活率降低 ,且随着IFN -γ浓度增大或IFN -γ作用时间延长 ,沙眼衣原体感染的细胞存活率较低。结论 IFN Objective To study on the effect of gamma interferon(IFN-γ)on chlamydia trachomatis (Ct)-infected fibroblast cultures.Methods MoCoy cells were cultured and infected by Ct(strain K).Immunoflouescense assay was used to detect Ct,and Ct-infected McCoy cells were stimulated with various dose and period of gamma interferon,while viability of Ct-infected cells were determined by stainde with trypan blue dye exclusion.Results Growth of Ct was slower treated with IFN-medium than that done medium only, and gamma interferon decreased Ct-Infected cells' survival after stimulation of various dose and period gamma interferon,respectively.Conclusions IFN-γ can inhibit Ct-infected cells'growth.
