摘要
目的 探讨脑梗死有效治疗方法。方法 对入院患者随机分为两组 ,Ⅰ组 5 8例采用尿激酶加灯盏花素治疗 ;Ⅱ组 6 0例采用低分子右旋糖酐加丹参等常规治疗。结果 观察组基本治愈 2 9例 ,显著进步 2 5例 ,总有效率 93.1% ;对照组基本治愈 2 0例 ,显著进步 13例 ,总有效率 5 5 %。结论 尿激酶和灯盏花素是治疗急性脑梗死的有效方法之一。
Objective To explore the effective treatment on cerebral infarction.Methods 118 admitted cases were divided into two groups randomly,58 cases in group I treated by urokinase and fleabane (observation group),60 cases in group II by Diyou and red sage root(control group).Results In the observation group, 29 cases were cured,25 cases were improved obviously, and the total effective rate was 93.1%;in the control group,20 crued, 13 improved obviously, and the total effective rate was 55%.Conclusions Urokinase and fleabane can treat cerebral infarction effectively.
