阴道手术助产的影响因素研究

Research the influencing factors of vagina surgical delivery

目的 研究阴道手术助产的影响因素,探讨减少非必要因素造成阴道手术助产的办法。方法 采用整群随机抽样,在武汉市五所妇幼保健所调查453名围生期妇女,对数据进行多元逐步回归、相关分析和聚类分析。结果 阴道手术助产的前三位影响因素依次为相对头盆不称、胎儿窘迫和宫缩乏力。各种社会因素对分娩方式也产生一定的影响。结论阴道手术助产的影响因素众多,应尽量减少非必须性阴道手术助产。

Objective To research the influencing factors of vagina surgical delivery, and to discuss relative solutions. Methods cluster and random sampling was conducted to sample 453 perinatal women in five maternal and children' s health care bureaus in Wuhan, and logistic regression analysis, correlation analysis and duster analysis were conducted to analyze the data. Results The first three influencing factors of vagina surgical delivery were relative cephalopelvic disproportion, fetal distress and uterine inertia. At the same time, delivery methods were also influenced by social factors. Conclusion There were many influencing factors of vagina surgical delivery, and measures must be adopted to reduce dispensable vagina surgical delivery to protect the health of mother and fetus.
