Treatment of Male Infertility by Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection.

摘要 目的 总结卵胞浆内单精子显微注射(ICSI)治疗男性不育的临床效果和经验。方法 43例接受ICSI治疗的患者,采用常规超排卵方案,注射绒毛膜促性腺激素35~37小时内,在B超指引下经阴道取卵,选MⅡ卵做显微注射。结果387个卵-冠-丘复合物中,获336个(86.8%)成熟MⅡ卵,其中285个(84.8%)卵成活,正常受精率和卵裂率分别为66.7%(224/336)和81.2%(199/245);获12例临床妊娠,每胚胎移植周期妊娠率为29.3%,并诞生了5例健康新生儿。结论ICSI是治疗男性不育的有效方法,技术水平可改善ICSI治疗结局;精子参数和来源不影响ICSI结局。 Objective To summarize the experience and the effectiveness of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) in the treatment of male infertility. Methods Forty-three couples received ICSI technology because of the male infertility. Ovarian stimulation was achieved by conventional protocol. Transvaginal ultrasound-guided occyte collects were done 35~37 h after human chorionic gonadotrophin injection. Only metaphese Ⅱ (MII) occytes were selected for microinjection. Results 336 (86.89%) matured MII cocytes from 387 retrieved occyte cumulus cells complexes were selected fro ICSI, and the survival rate was 84.8% (185/336). The normal fertilization and cleavage rates were 66.7% (224/336) and 81.2% (199/245) respectively. The clinical pregnancy achieved in 12 cases and pregnancy rate per embryo transfer cycle was 29.3%. 5 healthy babies were taken home. Conclusion ICSI is an effective method for couples who have male infertility. Technique can improve ICSI results. Sperm parameters and origin do not affect the outcomes of ICSI technique.
