简述了石化行业从1950年至今工程建设的发展过程及与发达国家的巨大差距。基于对管理方法和组织机构的分析,探讨了施工阶段这一EPC总承包工程中的重要环节。
The developing process of project construction since 1950' s up to the date in China' s
petrochemical industry, as well as the huge difference between China and developed countries, are briefly described, and construction stage, the most important loop section in EPC contracted project is discussed based on an analysis of management approaches and organizational structures.
