对《传染病防治法》实施效果的认知研究

The Effects of Implementing the Law of Infectious Diseases Control.

为了评估《传染病防治法》实施以来的主要效果 ,在山东省选择 3个县 (市 )分别进行了重点人员访谈 ,一般卫生技术人员问卷调查 ,召开居民座谈会等调查 ,了解卫生系统官员、卫生技术人员和普通群众对该法的认识 ,同时收集3个县 (市 )的一般资料进行分析。调查表明 ,《传染病防治法》实施 13年来的成就主要体现在 :较好地控制了传染病的流行 ;重点疾病发病率有所下降 ;建立和完善了传染病疫情报告制度。

To learn the knowledge and cognition towards the law of infectious diseases, we carried out key informant interview, questionnaire survey on health workers and resident group discussion in three counties in Shandong province. We also analyzed the materials about infectious diseases in the three counties. The results showed that the main effects of implementing the law of infectious diseases control are as follows: (1) to control well the main infectious diseases; (2) the incidence of some key infectious diseases is decreasing; and (3) to establish and perfect the infectious diseases case report system.
