摘要
为了解我市直管单位近 6年食品、公共场所、托幼机构从业相关人员健康体检情况 ,探讨预防性健康检查有效的组织管理办法 ,依据卫生部《预防性健康检查管理办法》的有关规定 ,开展相关健康检查活动 ,统计分析从业人员健康检查资料 ,结果表明 :宝鸡市从业人员年均体检合格率为 97 93% ,HBsAg阳性检出率为 1 83% ,肠道致病菌检出率为 0 2 0 % ,皮肤病检出率为 0 0 2 % ,肺结核检出率为 0 0 1%。提示 :从业人员健康体检合格率总体呈上升趋势 ,但相关工作须从严管理 。
To learn the health status of persons who work in food sections, public place and nursery institutions and to discuss an effective management method for carrying out preventive health examination, we carried out relevant health examination activities according to the regulations of preventive health examination and analyzed the materials. The result showed that annual average certificate rate of health examination for working persons is 97.93%. The detectable rate of HBsAg is 1.83%. The detectable rate of intestinal pathogenic bacteria is 0.20%. The detectable rate of pulmonary tuberculosis is 0.01%. Though the total certificate rate of health examination is going up, it should strengthen management and improve the detectable rate of professional contraindication.
