摘要
随着人们对环保及低能耗要求的不断提高,低温固化电泳漆已成为电泳漆发展趋势之一。本实验采用低温解封交联剂与胺化改性环氧树脂体系来制备低温固化阴极电泳涂料,并对环氧树脂、交联剂的选择及催化剂的使用进行了讨论。
With the increasing requirement on the environmental protection and low energy-consuming, the low cured EC is becoming a trendy for the development of EC sector. Experimentally, the low-temperature deblocking crosslinking agents and amino modified epoxy system are used for preparing low temperature curable cathodic EC. The paper also discusses the selection of epoxy resins and crosslinking agents as well as the utilization of catalysts.
