特种水溶性光敏树脂的制备及成膜性能研究

摘要 以酚醛环氧树脂、丙烯酸、马来酸酐为原料合成了光敏性树脂。经氨水中和后可以得到稳定的自乳化体系。制备了一系列紫外光固化树脂膜,考察了氨水浓度、光引发剂种类、用量、干燥条件、中和度、交联剂对光固化速度的影响。结果表明,本体系优选阳离子/自由基引发固化效果最好;预处理对光固化速度有很大的影响;随着中和度的提高,涂膜的附着力呈曲线变化;聚合物结构对固化速度有一定的影响,随着丙烯酰胺比例的提高,固化速度变慢,但是附着力有所增加。 The photosensitized resin was prepared from the raw materials including phenolic epoxy resin, acrylic and maleic anhydride, followed by neutralization with ammonia, and finally the stable self-emulsified system was prepared. A series of the UV cured films were prepared for analyzing the influences upon the UV curing speed, in terms of ammonia concentration, photoinitiator variation and loading, drying condition, neutralization degree and crosslinking agents variation. It was found from the result that the best curing effect was to choose cationic/radical initiation. In addition, the pretreatment posed a dramatic impact on the UV curing speed. The adhesion of the films varied in a curve way as neutralization degree developed. The polymer structure could also influence the UV curing speed, for instance, the higher the acryamide contained, the lower the UV curing speed was, but the adhesion improved thereof.
