摘要
本文分析了SFA2 5 2A型精梳机投产使用后 ,成品纱上的棉结、粗节、细节和纱线条干CV值较高的原因 ,提出了对梳棉机进行改造的技术措施 ,对精梳工序的工艺参数进行了调整 。
This article analyzes the reason why there are lots of neps, slubs and nips and the CV value of spun yarn is very high after putting SFA252A comber into operation. It points out the technique to reform the comber. In order to improve the quality of combed yarn, the processing parameters in combing process were adjusted, and the quantitative configuration of roving was probed.
