Factors Contributing to the Rise in Traffic Accidents throughout China

通过对近年来全国道路交通事故连年上升的趋势分析 ,从人、车辆、道路环境、交通运输法规四个方面阐述了交通事故多发的主要因素 。

Analysis of statistics covering the recent rise in the traffic accidents in China has yielded the following results,of which the main contributing factors are comprised of (1) people, (2)vehicles, (3) condition and maintenance of public roads, and (4) traffic laws. In addition, some appropriate precautionary measures are put forward.
