摘要
ISO9000质量管理体系或CMM模型的成功实施,能够为软件企业很好地解决软件质量问题。为了综合实施ISO9001和CMM,首先对八大质量管理原则、PDCA循环和过程模型的描述等理论基础进行分析。然后,详细分析了两者的相互映射关系,并提出了各自的特色之处。之后,对CMM和ISO9001:2000建立了四层次的通用结构模型,并以CMM2级为例,构造了CMM2级与ISO9001:2000的条款对照。最后,指出了综合实施的关键点。研究结果对软件企业的综合实施具有重要的指导意义。
Software quality problem can be well done by implementing ISO9000 Quality Management System or CMM model successfully. In order to synthetically adopt ISO9001 and CMM, some important theory descriptions are presented about eight quality management principles, PD-CA Loop and process model. Then, the mapping relationship of ISO9000 and CMM is stated in details, while their own features are also compared. Furthermore, a four-level generic structural model is created for ISO9001 : 2000 and CMM. An example for CMM2 is practiced with item mapping of CMM2 and ISO9001; 2000, The keys of their synthetical implementation are pointed out at last. The results show important guidance for software enterprises.
