崇州市围绝经期妇女生殖健康状况调查

A Trial for Peri-menopause and Postmenopause Women is Chongzhou: A Population-Based Across-sectional Study

目的 :通过对崇州市中老年妇女围绝经期生殖健康情况调查 ,为开展针对中老年妇女的生殖健康保健提供依据。方法 :采用问卷形式对崇州市 375名 4 5岁以上妇女的一般情况和生殖健康状况进行调查。结果 :崇州市妇女的平均绝经年龄是 4 8 0岁。有 5 4 7%的妇女在绝经前出现月经紊乱 ,1 / 3左右的绝经妇女在围绝经期出现潮热盗汗等围绝经症候群 ,但是 ,不足一半的妇女因此而就诊。所有妇女中仅 5 8人服用过雌激素 ,主要因为潮热盗汗、睡眠障碍、泌尿道感染等 ,大多数妇女的服药时间少于一年。结论 :中老年妇女在围绝经期和绝经后有许多绝经相关症状 。

Objective:To investigate the situation of productive health of perimenopausal and postmenopausal women in Chongzhou by an epidemiological study and then to provide health care for these women was made.Methods:A population-based cross-sectional study in 375 women who were over 45 years old in Chongzhou county.Results:The mean age of menopause was 48 0 years old.There were almost sixty percent of women who had abnormal bleeding before menopause.About one third of post-menopausal women had experienced perimenopausal symptoms.And the main problems were hot flash,night sweating,sleeping problem,and urinary infection.There were only 58 women who ever used or currently use estrogen therapy.Most of them only had a short duration of treatment(<1 year).Conclusion:We found that middleaged and older women were highly susceptible to be symptomatic which was related to menopause.It's necessary to provide productive health care for them.
