西安市青少年错畸形治疗优先指数的研究

The Study of Malocclusion of Treatment Priority Index in Xi′an Adolescent

目的 研究青少年错畸形的严重程度和治疗的迫切性。方法 选取 1 1 5 8名未作过正畸治疗的恒牙列汉族学生为研究对象。男 5 91名 ,女 5 6 7名 ,年龄 1 1～ 1 4岁 ,平均年龄 1 2岁。取研究模型并测量 ,获得个体的治疗优先指数 (TPI)等级。结果 1 1 5 8名青少年中 ,TPI 1等级的占 2 1 33% ,这部分学生属个别正常 ,基本不需要治疗 ;TPI 2等级的占 4 7 0 6 % ,这部分学生有轻微错 ,治疗需要不迫切 ;TPI 3、4、5等级的占 31 6 1 % ,这部分学生存在明显错迫切需要立即治疗。结论 TPI是用来判断错程度和评价正畸治疗需要有效的流行病学工具。

Objective\ To evaluate the prevalence of malocclusion and orthodontic treatment priority in adolescent.Methods\ 591 boys and 567 girls (aged 12 years old ) were studied with their study models and the treatment priority index (TPI) were obtained.Results\ 7 03% adolesent had orthodontic treatments(TPI 1:21 33%, TPI 2:47 06%, TPI 3～TPI 5:31 61%).Conclusion\ TPI is a valid tool to evaluate malocclusion and orthodontic treatment priority. It′s very important to establish a regular examination system need for orthodontic treatment in school.\;
