摘要
塔类设备吊装常采用机动吊车和桅杆进行吊立。镇海炼化老鼠山消防炮塔由于其安装就位点位于油罐区内,需禁火,加之外有防火墙、管廊和山体阻隔,机动吊车无法驶入作业区进行吊装作业,而大型桅杆的竖立也与吊装消防炮塔一样困难,为此必须借助其它的吊装方法。本次吊装施工采用了一种新的吊装工艺——推举法,文章介绍了推举法吊装的工艺原理,并对吊装系统的主要工装机具及其受力进行了设计和计算,所设计的起重机具经实践检验满足施工要求,采用推举法成功地解决了老鼠山油罐区内的消防炮塔的吊装就位难题。
Fixed fire monitoring tower on Mouse Mountain in Zhenhai City is located in the district of oil tank. Since the restriction of surroundings, crane can not run into operation area to carry out hoisting work, it is the same difficulty to erect large scale mast. A kind of new hoisting technology therefore with the hoisting tower was adopted. Article have introduced the principle, course design and calculation of fire monitoring tower hoisting on Mouse Mountain by push method. The major tool facility for hoisting course designs and calculates , by practice inspection, the tool facility satisfies construction requirement.
