摘要
论述了层状陶瓷复合材料的性能特点以及这种材料的发展现状 ,从基体及夹层材料的类型选择和匹配、结构及界面的设计、工艺参数的选取、料浆制备、薄层预制、复合成形、排胶烧结等方面介绍了当前层状陶瓷制备工艺技术的研究进展 ;从性能及结构优化等方面探讨了在复合材料发展中目前存在的不足 ,指出了进一步研究应该解决的问题和未来的发展前景。
Laminated ceramics composites are bio-inspired materials.Laminated structure can greatly improve the toughness of the ceramics.Property characteristics and the research and development status quo of the laminated ceramics were discussed in the paper.Manufacture techniques,including matrixes and inter-layer materials choosing and matching,structure and inter-face designing,parameters deciding,slurry making,thin layers or films forming,structure laminating as well as binders removing and materials sintering,etc.,were introduced.Some of the defects in the structure and properties of the materials were explored.Further research areas and prospects were pointed out.
