摘要
异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚与P2O5经磷酸酯化反应,生成了异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐,进一步与仲烷基磺酸钠SAS60复配而成的耐碱渗透剂NT,分析了P2O5用量、反应温度和时间对磷酸酯化反应的影响.检测结果表明:耐碱渗透剂NT的耐碱性能和渗透性能优良,并且易于生物降解.
Isooctanolpolyethethenoxy ether was formed by isooctanolpolyethenoxy and P 2 O 5 through phosphate esterification.Then the resultant product was further formulated with secondary alkyl sodium sulfonate,thus obtained alkali resistant penetrating agent NT.The effect of the amount of P 2 O 5 ,time and temperature on phosphate esterificaˉtion were examined.The test result showed that NT has superior alkali resistant and penetrating properties and it is alˉso biodegradable.
