新型环保印花粘合剂的合成及IPN结构在涂料印花中初探 被引量:6

摘要 以丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸及其衍生物等为原料,采用分步乳液聚合的方法合成了具有核壳结构的LIPN型环保粘合剂.介绍了IPN乳液聚合原理与实验,通过溶解性能、热分析及电镜,表征了IPN结构的存在.印花应用结果表明:色牢度较好。 With acrylic acid,methylacrylic acid and its derivatives as starting materials,an eco-friendly binder with the core-shell structure and IPN was synthesized through step by step emulsion polymerization.The mechanism of IPN emulsion polymerization and associated experiments were discussed.The existence of IPN was testified by solubility test,DSC,and TEM.The result showed it could render the printed fabric better color fastness and it differed from common binders in that its wet color fastness on polyester was superior to that on cotton fabric.
