脐带异常的血气分析结果探讨

Study on blood-gas analysis of abnormal umbilical cord

目的:探讨脐带异常及脐带异常性新生儿窒息的血气分析结果。方法:胎儿娩出后穿刺脐动脉,并进行血气分析。结果:在脐带异常和无脐带异常两组间、脐带异常有窒息和无窒息间,pH,PCO2,BE等值有高度显著性差异(P<0.01),而PO2,HCO-3,SO2%等值无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:脐带异常性窒息中的血气分析中,pH,PCO2,SB和BE等值比PO2,HCO-3和SO2%等值更具有临床意义。

Ojective To study abnormal umbilical cord and the blood-gas analysis of neonatal asphyxia caused by it.Methods Punc-ture the umbilical cord after delivery and carry out blood-gas analysis.Results The differences of pH,PCO 2 ,BE were interrelated(P<0.01)while that of PO 2 ,HCO 3- ,SO 2 %were less related(P>0.05)between the groups of abnormal and normal umbilical cord,and also between the neonatal asphyxia and no-asphyxia in the group of abnormal umbilical cord.Conclusion pH,PCO 2 ,SB and BE have more clinical value than PO 2 ,HCO 3- ,SO 2 %on the blood-gas analysis of neonatal asphyxia comes from abnormal umbilical.
