胃原发性恶性淋巴瘤31例临床分析

Primary stomach malignant lymphoma :report of 31 cases

目的:探讨胃原发性恶性淋巴瘤的诊断、治疗及预后。方法:对31例患者的临床症状、病变部位、病理分型、临床分期、治疗及预后进行分析。结果:胃原发性恶性淋巴瘤病变部位以胃窦胃体多见,病理以非何杰金病占93.5%,预后与临床分期有关。结论:胃原发性恶性淋巴瘤如能早期诊断,术后加用放化疗,预后较好。

Objective To discuss the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of primary stomach malignant lymphoma .Method Analyse clinical symptoms ,location of diseases,pathologic types,clinical grading,treatment and prognosis of 31cases.Results the loca-tion of primary stomach malignant lymphoma is mainly on body and antrum of stomach.Non-Hodgkin's disease is93.5%.Prognosis is related to clinical grading.Conclusion If primary stomach malignant lymphoma can be diagnosed in early time ,radical and chemi-cal therapy can be used after operation,the prognosis is satisfied.
