手术治疗原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症14例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 14 cases of operative treatment of primary hyperparathyroidism

目的:了解原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症(PHPT)临床特点及手术前后生化指标变化,提高诊疗水平。方法:对我院骨科1973年7月至2001年7月14例手术治疗的PHPT患者进行总结分析。结果:PHPT患者多为女性,血清钙、血清磷、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、24h尿钙及超声检查有利于确诊,手术成功后患者主诉及症状逐渐好转,血清钙、ALP值下降。结论:常规生化、超声检查可早期发现PHPT患者,手术疗效确切。

Objective To understand the clinical characteristics of the Primary Hyperparathyroidism(PHPT)and the variations of the patient's biochemical indexes pre and post operation as to improve the effection of diagnosis and treatment.Method14cases of PHPT in the Orthopedic department of hospital from July1973to July2001were analysised in detail.Results PHPT is more often found in female patients.Serum calcium,serum phosphorus,ulkaline phosphate (ALP),24-hour urinary calcium and ultrasound are helped to make definite diagnosis.Complaints and symptoms of patients are improved after the successful surgeries.Serum calcium,ulkaline phosphate con-centration decreased.Conclusion The normal biochemical and ultrasound examination can find PHPT earlier.Surgeries are effective on treating PHPT.
