徐州市城区老年人群患病情况及影响因素调查

Analysis of the prevalent status of chronic disease among aged group in the urban area of Xuzhou

目的:了解徐州市老年人慢性病现状及其影响因素。方法:采用问卷调查对徐州市城区的3个行政区内部分老年人进行慢性病现状调查。结果:徐州市的老年人慢性病的患病率为37.9％,慢性病患病率位于前5位的依次为循环系统、运动系统、消化系统、呼吸系统、内分泌系统;慢性病自报患病率的主要影响因素为性别、婚姻、经济收入、文化程度等。结论:老年人慢性病受多因素影响,应加强老年病的防治工作,改善和提高老年人的整体健康水平。

Objective: To understand the prevalent status of chronic diseases and its influencing factors of the aged group in Xuzhou. Method: A questionnaire survey was conducted in the three district of Xuzhou. Result; The prevalence rate is 37. 9%, the top five in order of chronic diseases were circulatory diseases, movement diseases, digestive diseases, respiratory diseases, and endocrine diseases. The effect factors for the prevalence of the self-reported chronic diseases include sex differentiation, marriage situation,salavg income,education level, and etc. Conclusion: Many factors showed great influence on prevalence rate of chronic diseases among aged group. It suggest should enforced in order to improving their overall health level.
