辨证配合灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的护理

Clinical nursing of ulcerative colitis based on TCM syndrome differentiation combined with clysis therapy

目的:探讨溃疡性结肠炎的有效治疗方法及护理。方法:采用内服中药配合自制灌肠液保留灌肠和单纯内服中药两种治疗方法。结果:两种治疗方法疗效具有显著性差异。结论:辩证内服中药汤剂配合以中药成份为主的灌肠液保留灌肠,结合护理的辩证施护,其临床疗效优于单纯内服中药汤剂,是治疗溃疡性结肠炎值得推广的一种有效方法。

Purpose: To investigate the effective treatment method of ulcerative colitis and discuss the clinical nursing experience of ulcerative colitis based on TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment by taking Chinese drug combined with clysis therapy. Methods: 61 cases of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups, and they were treated respectively by the method for taking Chinese drug combined with clysis therapy as treatment group (31 cases) , and only taking Chinese drug as a control group (30 cases) for two period of treatment. Results: There are significant difference in the two groups. Conclusion: The treatment by taking Chinese drug combined with clysis therapy and clinical nursing based on TCM syndrome differentiation has a better therapeutic effect for ulcerative colitis.
