摘要
以固相接枝聚合的聚丙烯/聚丙烯酸乙酯(PP/PEAK)共混物为主要原料,加入各种助剂,用双螺杆挤出机制备PP/PEAK热塑性弹性体。研究了PP/PEAK共混物的制备工艺、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)和双螺杆转速对PP/PEAK弹性体结构和性能的影响。结果表明,固相接枝聚合的PP/PEAK共混物中PEAK与PP的粘结优于简单共混PP/PEAK共混物;PP-g-MAH能改善PP与PEAK的相容性,随着其含量增加,PP/PEAK弹性体的拉伸强度和撕裂强度提高;提高螺杆转速可使PEAK在PP中的分散越来越均匀,但对PP/PEAK弹性体的耐油性能几乎没有影响:PP/PEAK弹性体在IRM903油中于100℃浸泡22h的体积变化只有约10%。
The thermoplastic elastomer was prepared by twin-screw extruder using PP/PEAK obtained by solid state graft polymerization method as main raw material. The influence of compatibilizing agent PP-g-MAH and rotating speed of the screw on the structure and property of PP/PEAK elastomer were studied by SEM, TEM and normal mechnical testing method. Experimental results show that the higher the rotating speed of the screw, the smaller the particle size of PEAK dispersed in PP phase, too high rotating speed results in worse mechnical properties, the volume swell of the resulted PP/PEAK elastomer in IRM903 oil (100℃,22 h)is about 10% , but the rotating speed almost has no influence on oil resistance of the PP/PEAK elastomer. The experiment also show that PP-g-MAH may improve the compatibility of PEAK in PP and enhance the properties of the PP/PEAK elastomer.
