摘要
以聚丙烯(PP)为研究对象,利用自行研制的压力振动注塑试验台,通过振动注射保压,给冷却保压过程中的PP熔体施加压力振动应力场,发现随着振动频率的上升(超过1Hz),PP制品出现同时增强和增韧的现象,并且随着振动频率的进一步上升,韧性快速增加;加工温度升高,PP达到同时增强、增韧所需的频率降低。
By the self-made pressure vibration injection molding device, the pressure vibration-stress is superimposed to the PP melt during injection and holding pressure stages. The results show that the strengthened and toughenede PP is gotten with the increase of vibration frequency ( when the frequency is above 1 Hz) , and the frequency is higher, the tenacity increases sharply; as the temperature increases, the frequency to strengthen and toughen simultaneously PP is lower.
