The principle of SCRIMP ( Seemann Composite Resin Infusion Molding Process) technology is introduced. The technology is tried in the molding of FRP radome and compared with manual overlay-up. The technical superiority of its application is analyzed,mainly including raw materials, equipment and technological process. The technological characteristics and the key technology of SCRIMP in the molding of FRP radome are stressly analyzed and the application prospect is forecast.
