摘要
针对熔体泵设计和制速的关键技术——使主要受力件齿轮轴能在重负荷下长期运行,提出应选择合理的齿轮形式减小熔体泵核心运转部件齿轮组件的轴向力,并对齿轮轴材料选用和材料的特殊处理及如何改善齿轮轴的受力情况等进行了深入讨论。使用证明,设计制造的齿轮轴可靠性提高,可确保熔体泵的质量。
Aiming at the key technology of design and manufacture of the gear pump for melt-making the main stress part, the gear shaft, work in a long period under a heavy load, it is put forward that a reasonable type of gear should be chosen in order to reduce the axial force of the gear module, the core rotating part of the gear pump for melt. The material choice and application of the gear shaft,the special treatment of the material and how to change the stress of the gear shaft are also discussed. The application proved that the reliability of the gear shaft designed and manufactured was increased and the quality of the gear pump for melt was ensured.
