摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法分离测定养阴口香液中绿原酸的含量测定方法,以控制产品的质量。方法:采用C18柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(9:91)为流动相,检测波长327nm。结果:绿原酸峰与其他组分峰的分离度>1.5,理论塔板数以绿原酸计算为6900;线性范围0.1268~2.0288μg,r=0.9999;平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为1.59%。结论:本法简便、快速、重现性好,适用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish content assay method of chlorogenic acid in Yangyin Kouxiangye by RP - HPLC, to control quality of products. Methods: Using C18 column, acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid solution(9: 91)as mobile phase, detection wavelength is 327 nm. Results: The separation degree between the peak of chlorgenic acid and other peaks is greater than 1.5. Theoretical plate count 6 900 calculated by chlorgenic acid. Linear range is 0.1268-2. 0288 μg,r = 0. 999 9; Average recover rate is 100. 3% , RSD is 1.59%. Conclusion: The method is con-venient, quick and has good repeatability, is applicable to quality control of the preparation.
