水布垭高面板坝趾板基础灌浆升压试验研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对水布垭高面板坝坝基岩体倾角平缓、岩溶构造发育且富含泥质充填物、趾板上灌浆盖重小、水库运行水头高、后期没有维修补灌条件等特点与困难 ,进行了趾板基础灌浆升压研究。提出“均布固结 +帷幕”布孔型式 ,采用锚杆、分级升压、抬动监测自动报警等一系列措施 ,有效提高了趾板基础浅层的灌浆压力 ,使趾板基础帷幕灌浆第一段最大压力达到 1.5MPa ,取得了良好的灌浆效果 ,切实增强了浅部基础防渗幕体的抗渗能力 。 In consideration of the Shuibuya high concrete face dam's foundation rock having low-angle dip, developed karst structure with rich argillic filler, and due to light coverage weight for grouting the toe slab foundation, high operating water head and unfavorable conditions for the maintenance and supplementary of the toe slab foundation in the later stage, raising grouting pressure for the toe slab foundation of the dam was investigated. A series of measures such as uniformly arranged consolidation grouting plus curtain grouting, provision of anchor rods, raising grouting pressure in steps, automatic warning against the lift of the toe slab foundation in grouting-process monitoring was taken, so as to effectively increase the grouting pressure in the shallow toe slab foundation, with the maximum grouting pressure reaching 1.5 MPa in the first-section curtain grouting of the toe slab foundation, achieve good grouting results, strengthen the seepage control capability of the impervious curtain in the shallow toe slab foundation and satisfy the requirements of the high concrete face dam's long-term operation with high water head.
