摘要
在对重庆城口县主要农作物和野生经济植物进行实地调查的基础上,确定以8种主要资源植物为研究对象,对其含硒量及其分布进行了系统研究。结果表明,城口县马铃薯、板栗、猕猴桃、香菇、茶叶等产品的最低含硒量已高于全国代表值,核桃与其持平,玉米略低;修齐区马铃薯、新城区猕猴桃含硒量分别是全国代表值的12.24倍、13倍。显示了富硒特征。
Based on an on - the - spot survey of the cultivated plants and economically - important wild plants in Chengkou county, Se content in 8 main resource plants was determined. Trie minimum Se contents recorded in potato, chestnut, kiwifruit (Actinidia chinensis), Lentinus edodes and green tea produced in Chengkou were higher than the national representative values while that of maize was a little lower than the national representative value. Potato produced in Xiuqi District of the county and kiwifruit produced in Xincheng district contained Se 12.24 and 13 times, respectively, as high as that of the national representative values.
