摘要
能源R&D投入是能源R&D计划政策分析研究的一个组成部分。文章研究计算了 2 0 0 0年中国能源R&D的经费投入。在绝对数量上 ,我国与发达国家的差距很大 ,如仅仅为日本的 1.8%。
R&D investment of energy is a part of the analysis and research on the energy R&D scheme and policy. Expenditure and investment of energy R&D in China in 2000 is studied and calculated in the article. In absolute number, there is a wide gap between China and developed countries. For example, the percentage of energy R&D budget in GDP of China in 2000 is only 1.8% of that of Japan. At the same time, the trend of R&D expenditure investment of energy technology by international governments is also concerned.
